Please find details below on how to register for the 27th AUGIS Annual Scientific Meeting, taking place at The Bridgewater Hall in Manchester from Wednesday 11th to Friday 13th September 2024. 

Face to Face Delegate registration for all three days of the meeting. This includes the AUGIS Drinks Reception and the full three days of the meeting. When registering you will have the opportunity to inform us of any essential dietary requirements or specific accessibility requirements.

Please note that we do not offer one day only registration for either Face to Face or Online Delegates.

Please note that by registering for this meeting you are agreeing for AUGIS to display your name and hospital on your delegate badge, and to share your name and hospital details with our industry partners and faculty members. 

How to register

You can register online through the links below and if you are an AUGIS Member please ensure that you include your membership number when registering as this will allow you to view and book under the registration rate appropriate to your membership category. Please note that you will only see the discounted rate relevant to your membership category. 

Registration payment is online through Worldpay (please see details below).

Please note that the meeting registration is being offered as face to face only.

The rise in costs over the last twelve months has meant we have had to increase our registration fees for this year's meeting, however we have tried to keep the increase to a minimum. 

Don't forget that AUGIS members will need to include their membership number to view their membership rate.

We offer online registration for all delegates to ensure swift and guaranteed registration. 

If you do require an invoice to be raised for your registration for AUGIS 2024, we do charge a 10% adminstration fee due to the additional work this entails. 

For AUGIS to invoice an institution for registration fees, we require that the AUGIS Registration Form is completed in full for each delegate which the invoice needs to be raised for. The form must then be send to Sarvjit Wunsch (sarvjit@augis.org) in the AUGIS office and we request that payment is made in advance of the meeting date, otherwise we cannot guarantee registration for the event. 

The final date which we can accept invoice requests is Wednesday 28 August 2024.
