Information for Presenting Speakers Only
- All presentations are to be compiled using Power Point (not Keynote) and any video/film content should be supplied separately and not embedded within the presentation. If made on a Mac they need to be tested on a windows machine, the video files can be embedded, you just need to compress and optimise media.
- Please ensure you name your presentation as follows, (including the room number where you will be presenting): Room No_ Day_Time of Session_Surname: eg: Auditorium_ Thursday_1145_Bartlett
- Please ensure that your presentations and/or videos are in 16:9 ratio
- You should have received an email from the AUGIS 2024 Conference App inviting you to the Speakers Resource Centre with details on how to upload your presentation. Please check your junk mail and email nichola@augis.org if you have not received the email.
- Please can we ask you to upload your presentation by Sunday 8th September
- If you do upload or send your presentation prior to the meeting, please ensure you have a copy with you on the day as a back-up.
- The Audio Visual Technician will be present in your presentation room from 11:00 on Wednesday afternoon and/or from 8am on Thursday/Friday.
